My name is Meera Sethi, and I am the Founder and President of Thrive 2Gether Consulting, a Human Resources (“HR”) solutions company that delivers high quality and effective HR solutions that impact your business in a positive way.

I bring a ton of HR expertise from small to large global firms, including experience in the investment industry, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and payments industry.

I am also a certified GROW® Model coach through InsideOut Coaching ™, and Hogan Certified through Hogan Assessment Systems Inc.
I am an active volunteer in the community, including large scale city events such as the PanAm and Para PanAm games in 2015, and a volunteer with the Toronto International Film Festival. I participate in the HRPA's mentoring program, by volunteering my time and expertise to help other aspiring HR professionals. I also work with various job placement sites to offer advice on interview tips.
